On the 1st April 2006 , Rodgers Soobramoney made a drastic and life changing career move by leaving the security of the corporate world and venturing into the business realm. With many years of experience in the motor industry (MIBCO, RMI & SAMBRA) as an inspector, Rodgers decided to utilise his expertise, in depth knowledge and drive to take over the then Highway Panel Beaters. After changing the name to Highway Body Shop , Rodgers instantly began to transform and implement his vision into the company.
Highway Body Shop became a recognised repair facility in the Highway area and through perseverance, dedication and hard work, Rodgers was able to get factory approvals from the major vehicle manufacturers and dealers in this country.
