At the age of 17 I found a passion for cooking and 19 years later that passion has not faded.
After years of working in restaurants as a bartender, waitress, manager and even back of house training facilitator and relief manager, I decided to start my own company. When I joined a group of restaurants several years ago and decided to make a living in the industry, I was put in the kitchen for 6 weeks of training. I started off making all the sauces and then moved into each department of the kitchen to learn what it meant to run a restaurant and how to serve quality food. I learnt the art of cutting fillet to perfection, as well as grilling and plating each dish.
Delivering of healthy, home cooked meals daily to homes and businesses... I go the extra mile.
Since opening, I have been blessed with catering for youth camps as well as weddings of up to 150 people so far.
I can do small functions as well as large functions, what ever your need is.
