My TV had no picture, so I telephonically phoned TVCR and spoke to the manager. He asked me to bring it in and I did so. In 48 hours I was called only to be told that my set is ready for collection. I was so happy with their prompt response and a speedy service, and was given a piece of mind gaurantee on the job done on my Television Set. I will always recommend their quality, prompt and efficient service to all my colleagues, and families. Well Done to TVCR , keep up your excellent customer service.
